MAKE YOUR BED AN ISLAND

Move your bed so it is away from all walls and surrounding furniture. 

GATHER YOUR SHEETS, THEN WASH AND DRY AT HIGH HEAT

Gather your sheets and bed coverings inside a trash bag, securely closing before relocating to washer. Wash and dry (if dry clean only, dry heat is suffice) on high heat to kill all present bed bugs. 

COVER WITH MATTRESS / BOXSPRING COVER IMMEDIATELY

Cover mattress and boxspring with a bed bug cover. These covers trap any bugs inside - do not remove this cover for any reason. The bed bugs inside may take over a year to die. 

Optional: Place monitor traps under leg posts of bed and other areas in home.
